I've lived in 4 different states, and recently (mid-2006) relocated to Idaho from New Mexico.

I'm working as a machinist and going to school, I'm an NRA Training Counselor, like motorcycles and old cars.

Recently I have discovered that I am bitter about world affairs, and I cling to guns and religion for comfort. I would like to thank BO Bama for helping me to discover this facet of my existence. If not for him, I wouldn't be on the road to recovery from Christianity, gun-nutterism, and xenophobia.

I have switched my voter registration to the Democrat Party, and will joyfully pull the lever for Hill O'Bama in November of '08. Hey, fellow Democrats, pass the Kool-Aid!

I do have concerns about the Islamic Imperialists.

Here is a great quote from a great man, Winston Churchill, in regards to "Mohammedanism". This is taken from a book he wrote in 1899 (The River War). Read on, and see for yourself if this is dated or timeless.

Here's a nice slice of corporate life.

I recently dug out an old vision statement that was originally created as a joke (this was during the vision/mission statement process in the spring of 1993 at an unidentified Silicon Valley company that I once worked for).

The "committee" ginned this up and presented it to the executive group, and the executive group actually liked it! It just goes to show how far out some corporate cultures have become. I went through "diversity training" (aka PC indoctrination) at this same company back in the early 90s, so they were pretty far down that road already.

Anyway, here goes:

VISION STATEMENT

We operate in integrity.

We are centered, whole, and in touch with our feelings.

We share our yin with our yang, and our yang, in turn, with our yin.

We avoid, wherever possible, yin-yin situations, honoring our yang-ness, affirming the essential truth, balance, and tension inherent in the yin-yang dichotomy, and owning the moral bankruptcy of a yangless environment.
