We should not be involved in the Middle East. Support our ONLY ally there, Israel, and that is all we should do.
There are no other ‘true’ nations in existence in the Middle East except for Israel. All other so-called nations are basically feudal, family-operated criminal enterprises, where the only principle valued is that of power.
Freedom has no value among the dictators and tyrant kings of the Middle East.
We should not be there. If that is isolationist, so be it. It is also logical as the people of that regions will not change due to outside forces but will only change when they want to, and not before then. Our presence or absence will not alter anything.
