With the grand jury decision expected any day out of Ferguson, Missouri tensions are high. Efforts to mobilize protesters has increased sharply and some rumors are saying that the announcement of whether or not Darren Wilson would be charged could come tonight.
From Twitter, we see that things are being prepared for whatever is going to happen. For the police or National Guard, there is preparation for the worst:

Look carefully and note that the armored vehicle and the police cars are at the Dairy Queen.
Clearly, this is a measured police response to the new DQ policy of no more “Free Cones For Cops”.
