in my neck of the woods, libraries mostly have to rely on the vote on a levy to support them....why would most people who in the majority vote for such a levy if they were not welcome to come into the library?
In lib central, they regularly vote to slit their throats. Normal rules of sanity don’t apply there.
I have an uncle that recently left that city for that reason. They tried to lien his house for construction he had done with approval years before. They operate under their own rules in NYC/Long Island.
