About that nuclear thing, let’s cut a deal. Here’s what Val said you might go for, making me look good and keeping you on track towards your goals. We both know that you have two nuclear programs - the civilian and the military. Now in the past we’ve really come down hard on the civilian program, while leaving you on your own with the military. I propose we keep it that way, with certain understandings.
