I don't see anything in your link that would put that event at the demonstration at the intersection.

Witnesses tell police Uzong and Horton had been fighting before the incident. Witnesses say Uzong drove through a parking lot and swerved to intentionally hit Horton.

Looks like a different incident to me. Wasn't a parking lot, no swerve visible, and you couldn't pick out a particular target in that crowd if you were aiming for her.

That sure doesn't match the video. The car was moving very slowly as it approached the crowd. How could she have targeted the other woman who was deeper into the crowd? Possible but doesn't look likely.
