Michael Brown‘s parents sat down today for a CNN interview that aired tonight, and Sunny Hostin brought up how Officer Darren Wilson said in his interview with ABC News that he has a “clear conscience” about shooting Brown and would have done it the same way all over again. She asked Brown’s father for his response.

Michael Brown Sr. said, rather bluntly, “He’s a murderer.”

“If he was conscious of what he was doing, I mean he, he understood his actions,” Brown explained. “He understood exactly what he was doing. You know, he didn’t have a second thought, a pushback thought or nothing. He was intending to kill someone.”

And he really objected to Wilson saying the situation would have gone down differently had his son been white. If Michael Brown was white, his father said, the officer wouldn’t have even confronted him in the first place.

With each passing year I think there is no way that I can loathe and despise journal scum even more than I already do. Yet they sink ever lower on the dishonesty and corruption scale. That goodness there are still a small number of them with some integrity.

As for Fat Bastard’s Blood relatives, they can’t seriously want a trial. What, and have real cross-examinations? The same with Sultan Hussein and the Just Us Department unless they are certain they can get a corrupt judge and stacked jury in a heavily Demorat locale. But I already said “corrupt” didn’t I?

BTW, where is the heavy News Cartel coverage of the old white man who was carjacked and run over? There must be wall to wall reporting on it, right?

we had a few in NYC about 22:00 Tuesday. marching in the
street against traffic on Fifth Avenue. I didn’t notice
anything earlier that day, and I walked in Midtown for
quite a while.

The Ferguson riots were organized by the CPUSA and it’s fellow travelers.

The CPUSA is very much alive and in full control of the WH, the DOJ, and the Press.

In fact, the CPUSA is responsible for the Hussein Obama rise to the Presidency. His handler is the Iranian communist Valerie Jarrett.

The CPUSA has organized American Blacks into their Shock Troops, and have operatives in all Federal Agencies including the FBI and CIA as well as State and Local governments and unions.

Their game is to use the Black and Homosexual as a means to destabilize American Society, weaken our military, and destroy our educational system.

The CPUSA is wildly succeeding, not only managing to accomplish their goals but confound the GOP into not even recognizing that they are behind the operation.

In order to eliminate this threat, the CPUSA and those allied with it must be ruthlessly pursued and neutralized no matter where they may be.

No longer bothering to hide and operate in the shadows, they are now out in plain sight and are easy pickings.

The time has come to deal with the American marxists once and for all.

has it occurred to you that post-secondary “education”
is fatally flawed somehow?

Special Report: Soros Funds Next Generation of Liberal Journalism
By Mike Ciandella | August 29, 2013 | 3:01 PM EDT

Columbia University helps define the news business. Its School of Journalism is perhaps the foremost institution of its kind in the United States, and its alumni fill the ranks of news organizations. It is also home to the Pulitzer Prize – the top award in the industry. Each May, it graduates a new class and sends a fresh crop of young editors, writers and producers into the field.

Unfortunately, Columbia’s journalism program is not committed to honest journalism. Instead it delivers a one-sided education that celebrates left-wing policies and is overwhelmingly run by liberal journalists, most of whom work for liberal news outlets in addition to their jobs at the school. Sixty-eight percent of the full-time faculty at Columbia University School of Journalism write for explicitly left-wing news outlets. Many of the adjunct faculty and guest lecturers also work for these operations.

Columbia’s Journalism School professors have written for left-wing blogs calling Occupy Wall Street “sweet-tempered,” while bashing the Tea Party as “radicals.” They’ve also authored articles and books attacking Israel for “terrorizing” Gaza, ranted about how the fossil fuel industry’s “extraordinary corporate culture of discipline and secrecy” is destroying the environment, accused Republicans of using racist “code language,” and promoted liberal causes from socialized medicine to gun control to abortion. Columbia University President Lee Bollinger has repeatedly argued for massive government funding of journalism.

Columbia has received $9.7 million from left-wing billionaire George Soros, more support than he has given to all but three other schools. Soros is also connected to the newly appointed dean of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, Steve Coll, is currently the head of the New America Foundation, a progressive public policy organization that has received $4.2 million from Soros since 2000.

The influence of Columbia University School of Journalism is substantial. Alumni have gotten jobs at such prominent media outlets as The New York Times, Bloomberg, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, CNN, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post and USA Today. Alumni have also worked at a number of left-wing outlets including Mother Jones, The Huffington Post, NPR and The Nation – the same operations their former professors staff.

The Media Research Center’s Business and Media Institute has extensively researched Columbia University School of Journalism, including its faculty, alumni, student publications, funding, guest lecturers, endorsements and awards. BMI found that there was a significant left-wing bias prevalent at the school – a bias that then migrates with its graduates to permeate the daily operations of news organizations across the United States. These results include the following:

Consider also this:

“It is the grand jury’s function not ‘to enquire … upon what foundation [the charge may be] denied,’ or otherwise to try the suspect’s defenses, but only to examine ‘upon what foundation [the charge] is made’ by the prosecutor. Respublica v. Shaffer, 1 Dall. 236 (O. T. Phila. 1788); see also F. Wharton, Criminal Pleading and Practice § 360, pp. 248-249 (8th ed. 1880). As a consequence, neither in this country nor in England has the suspect under investigation by the grand jury ever been thought to have a right to testify or to have exculpatory evidence presented.”

Scalia on the 1992 Supreme Court case United States v. Williams

McCulloch’s instructions to the grand jury before they began deliberating:

“And you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not act in lawful self-defense and you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not use lawful force in making an arrest. If you find those things, which is kind of like finding a negative, you cannot return an indictment on anything or true bill unless you find both of those things. Because both are complete defenses to any offense and they both have been raised in his, in the evidence.”
