The Current Occupant was not so much “humbled”, as thrown an unpleasant surprise, and as such, tripped the adrenalin flow. Cornered rats are the most vicious fighters on the planet, partly because they realize there is absolutely nothing to lose. Even if an escape door were made available to the cornered rat, it will still choose to continue to display defiance, as it is unable to encompass the idea that there could even be an escape.
Surrender is clearly not an option.
I hope the LIBs continue to p.o. many, many more Citizens. Maybe some will awaken to the error of their LIB asshat ways. Maybe not. Either way...we’re in for a uncomfortable ride. To the victor go the spoils.
