I’m saying it’s really lousy police work and that the man didn’t have to die over silly cigarettes.
Fox was saying yesterday morning that a federal deprivation of civil rights case can use ‘death’ as proof that civil rights were violated. What they can’t prove is intent.
So, it gets to a civil suit. Can the family win a case claiming lousy police work? I’d give them a decent shot at a victory on that one.
