Was Allen the first to be silenced by this gang/criminal enterprise consuming that town?
It looks to me like this girl was a drug mule or something. And despite what the article says, if she stopped in to see Ali, I don't think she was trying to get out. Either she ripped someone off, or there's a rival gang, which no mention is made of.
Memphis gangs have executed two people from this small town 80 miles away. Both executions involved shots into the anus and both were buried and burned in the same area. Both were abducted in parking lots that are busy. Both were drug related.
We even have it our increasingly less peaceful and bucolic Southern mountain town. Our police struggle daily with the results as well as trying to keep in custody the local foreign criminal ICE detainees awaiting deportation or arraignment who comprise between 35-50% of our county jail population. It is all barely kept under control and the criminality, drugs, and illegal aliens and racial gangs seem everywhere and increasing in frequency and brutality.
