you are absolutely correct and I’ll add that once relations are normalized, you’ll see a flood of undocumented illegals - this is nothing more than opening an additional Mexican front/border
I think the way it is now, if a Cuban reaches the US soil, they can stay... thus the ppl trying to get here in home made boats.. so once this goes thru, all the ppl who get here by obamas decree will be staying.. sorta an amnesty deal for them..
