1. Someone else gave/lent him the money to set it up.
2. He had a previous "business" that generated tons of cash and now he has washed some of it with a legitimate business. Sort of like buying a car wash to sanitize the money from your meth cooking business.

At the outset of this case, Alsanai was reported by the Treehouse as claiming to be the owner of the place. Further into the investigation, it became more apparent that Alsanai’s father is actually the owner.
