How do I get a blog referral published here?

I read FR every single day. I LOVE FR. I signed up to refer my favorite blogs for publication here. FR did not publish my referral of an Adina Kutnicki blog last night. I can't figure out why it was not published. Did I do it wrong, or is the content banned, or what? Can anybody tell moi the secret to getting blogs posted herein?

There is an entire forum on FR called “Blogs and personal”. I would assume that would be the correct forum for publishing your favorites. Also, if it is your OWN blog, do not excerpt it with a link to drive traffic to your own site (and away from FR!)

That is, understandably, frowned upon and will only reap derision.
