That is just about what executive orders amount to. Not just parallel government but illegal government.
Read the column. Its worse. There are no executive orders, nothing in the federal register. Congress should make it clear that the appointed secretaries, DHS, etc. have set themselves up for prosecution if the rule of law returns in 2017.
