In some areas of the country, it’s not so easy to find properties that are HOA free. Florida is one.

People arent forced to buy into HOA neighborhood. Its a contract just like any other contract. You enter into if voluntarilyI agree but in my state you can't see the HOA contract before the arriving at the closing. Who the hell would agree to that?
