So titty bars and religious symbols in jars of urine are “protected speech,” but actual words, in written, audio, and video form transmitted on privately owned wires are not.

Our famously “living document,” the Constitution, is flexible enough to cover a woman taking her clothes off in public, but not flexible enough to update the First Amendment to cover digital speech on the internet.

This is world changing, which is why I am surprised it is not getting more press. Can we stop him? Can the FCC just do this?
