This would include any state where the laws governing HOAs are so flawed that they expose homeowners in these organizations to legal risks that they may have never anticipated when they bought their homes.

I am a very middle-class homeowever, but even when I was young and starting out before the days of liberal fascism, I always had a lawyer when I bought a property.
