Yep. And they credit him with saving the auto industry. He only saved the UAW doing what he did.

I’d love to see America’s auto industry now had the auto making companies dissolved “naturally”.

I’m sure the companies that would have been snatched up by someone who knows how to run a business and would have told the unions to pound salt after killing the industry.

Instead, we’re stuck with what we have now until the next time it collapses under the weight of union shortsightedness.

From memory, Leo Donofrio a NJ attorney who had been open about his questioning of Obama’s natural born citizen bona fides, represented a group of Chrysler dealers who lost their franchises post bankruptcy. In the District Court, the Judge said he would not go against the Bankruptcy Court decision and per Donofrio’s blog misstated the facts of the case in his decision. Shortly thereafter, Donofrio gave up the practice of law essentially telling his readers that we are no longer a nation of laws.
