Exactly! Going to a public rest-room safely can indeed be a dangerous thing. What with queers and perverts hanging out there and leaving their telephone #'s and perverse "BJ" messages on the wall is certainly an offensive attack on normal people.
While I normally resent more government intrusion in our private lives; I could go for a law prohibiting queers and pervs in our public washrooms.
