Barry Soetoro has ordered
His “orders” are not law and he can kiss my ass. I’m sure there will be some sort of “emergency” that will have him announcing all sorts of unlawful crap that I won’t go along with. I realize that I am only one person but it has to start with someone.
Well, respectfully, let me put a sharper point on it; and it goes directly to our present national situation.
His orders are the law insofar as they pertain to the Executive Branch.
If those orders are unconstitutional or violate existing legislation the ONLY immediately available means by which we can quickly reverse the effect of such orders is via an effective opposition political party. (An Article V convention may be a possibility if one can be completed within time.)
That is to say, we need today a party willing to stand up and fight with every political device at its disposal. It appears from the past few years that ordinary citizens have damn little in the way of "standing" to gain a foothold in the court system.
