It’s not even unconstitutional, they literally can’t do it. It introduces a legal paradox where a governing authority takes legislative control over a body that no longer has the ability to legislate. They’ve literally nullified themselves.

American Federalism is dead.

Fault no longer matters. If there is no general physical reaction then the Revolution will be accomplished and we are all just waiting to be re-educated or killed.
