Who is going to want to be a Policeman in a black neighborhood? The choice is to end up dead or have your life ruined if you defend yourself and the community. The net result will be that the Police back off policing blacks and the crime rate increases..I guess that is what the Justice Dept. wants.
That's what the Muslims are counting on, that's why they had such a big presence in Ferguson. They want to turn those neighborhoods into Sharia Complaint zones, where they will take over as the enforcers.
