Since when UN has the power to tell Nations what to do?

I don’t recall anything or actions that gave them that authority.

The purpose of the United Nation is to provide a forum for the Nations to iron out their difference without sorting to war. That was FDR’s dream. They are not supposed to enforce their concept of “peace” on anybody.

As for the USA is concerned, our Constitution is the law of the Land! Nobody outside of the Constitution can tell us what to do! I suspect Irael has similar laws.

Make no mistake. One of the reasons the Brits and some others joined the anti-Saddam coalition was using the same precedent to attack Israel.
