Well the currently attacked class of people better wake up and get their heads out of their asses that the other class of people are already at war with them.
USSR's Joe Stalin waged his own war against the *entire* population of the country, from 1930 to, say, 1953. Nobody was waking up, and nobody was realizing that they are being killed off just so bureaucracy in Stalin's secret police could get promotions. The normalcy bias - that inner belief that "such a thing cannot happen to ME" - stops the people from realizing that a huge problem is gathering up. The sheep refuse to believe that wolves exist.
So the answer to your question is simple: "not any time soon." Each murder like this will be "an isolated incident," and the dots won't be connected. This is because they can't take the truth. And the truth is simple: there are several generations of people in this country that are a waste, and more are born and "raised" every minute. Can they be "repaired"? Well, nobody wants to ask that question. Per Obama, Sharpton, and their ilk, there is nothing wrong with "his people."
