Red Eye Radio, with Eric Harley and Gary McNamara. Overnight time slot, so the audience is small, but they have the best conservative show on the air.

Rush is # 1 but I also like Michael Berry and listen to both of them almost every day.

Two different styles but tied for first are Eric and Gary on Redeye Radio and Mark.
Second, I listen to different programs depending on my mood.

Honorable Mentions
Red Eye Radio--A tick behind Rush at dissecting issues. If you are up at night, or are doing the long haul across the interstate at 3AM, you have to listen to this guys.
Steve Deace--Wickedly smart and passionate. Connects the politics of the day with the ORIGINAL Inconvenient Truth--The Bible. A future leader
Buck Sexton--The guy I would like to see succeed Rush if he ever decides to retire. Brilliant, tough, and savvy enough to remain calm and even keeled, he brings Intelligence community experience and unsurpassed working knowledge of the issues: especially foreign policy and national security. (AND the BEST head of hair on radio by far)

If I were limited to two, it would be Rush and Howie.
Rush, for the opinion that 99% of the time meshes with mine and brings me a different way of looking at things that bug us both, and
Howie for opinion with humour and sarcasm as well as regulary skewering the Kennedys, Kerry’s and Fauxahontis.

#1 Mark Levin. Educational and passionate YOU BIG DUMMY.
#2 Rush. Entertaining and cheery
#3 Walter Williams filling in for Rush (Love the digs he makes at Mrs. Williams, God rest her soul.)
#4 Mark Steyne Filling in for Rush, Always funny
#5 Tom Leykis
I can’t listen to Savage or Hannity. Savage is WAY too proud of himself and Hannity never lets his guests talk.

1. Rush
2. Glenn Beck
3. Mark Levin
4. Howie Carr ( just for fun)

1. Mark Levin
2. Dr. Savage (yes...I enjoy his stories, jokes, intellect, different take on things)
3. Dennis Miller (I know he’s gone...my other prob w/ him, too reluctant to engage in the political)
4. Rush (still good at times...) / Laura Ingraham
Admittedly, I don’t get exposure to too many in my area.

If the world would be left with just one, Rush, of course.
Maybe no one will take up this idea, but I wonder why no one has initiated a Firing Line sequel. I loved the expanse of time for thought and expression of Buckley and one guy, eyeball-to-eyeball, for a whole hour. I think the world needs such a full airing, and digestion, of the important ideas of the day.
Who would you like to see in Buckley's shoes today? At first blush, my choice would be Thomas Sowell.
