College professors and students keep suffering unexpected costly ObamaCare side effects. First, colleges started rolling back faculty hours to avoid the employer mandate, a development the American Association of Association of University Professors called "reprehensible."
Then Harvard professors complained when the college hiked their insurance costs because of "health care reform."
Now colleges are starting to dump their student insurance plans because of ObamaCare.

I’m so glad this POS law was passed so all we read about now is how many people are losing coverage.
One additional brick in the wall of weaving entitlements and subsidies into the fabric of the country.

Not really fair to the vast majority of present-day students that were in high school or junior high when Obamacare was passed. Perhaps they should regard this is a lesson that very often earlier generations will screw young people, very often.

And not every person under 26 has parents that view providing health insurance as a parental responsibility.
Relatively cheap catastrophic plans have always been available to college kids. The Regime does not want this. Wants them into comprehensive plans paying full-ripping-retail in order to subsidize their elders.
Probably not fair. But it will open more young minds & eyes to the failure that is big government and the government can’t be the be all and end all when it comes to personal responsibility.
Can’t say I feel sorry for them. And I have a 21 yr old in college and a 17 yr old headed that way.
