Since Geo HW Bush, VP have been selected to insure against impeachment and conviction and assassinations. none are presidential material if you exclude the greatest VP ever, Dick Cheney.
Gore is not qualified. Maybe it is innate or maybe it was the lead paint he dined on as a toddler in DC during the 50’s?
