The same way Reagan won with his three-legged stool approach:

This is the same strategy employed by every Republican since Reagan, including Mitt Romney.

Look, I like Senator Cruz and I think he would annihilate any Democratic challenger in the general. It's getting him there that I think will be the battle. I posted that map just to show what challenge he's going to face.

It would be nice if only Freepers voted in primaries. Unfortunately, we don't.

This we do know about Cruz.

He can raise a lot of money, as proven by his 31 million record breaking haul in one week.

This will allow him to compete in every state.
In addition, it will allow him to pound the fake conservatives in the race,
if necessary.
Some of them could be quite embarrassed by the opposition research
Cruz is able to fund against them.
Rove and his RINO’s won’t be the only ones with the money.

When Reagan ran, the U.S. was a much more conservative country.
It won’t be an easy task for Cruz. That’s for sure. But money can create
a lot of opportunities.

B.S.! Especially where Romney is concerned.

Romney supported/Supports Abortion for purposes of Incest, Rape, Life, and HEALTH of the mother, he fails on that one account alone.

Add to that his support for the following, and either you are woefully ignorant of what Romney supported and supports, or you are flat-out lying about Romney:

1. Gays in the Military
2. Gay Adoption
3. Gays in the Boy Scouts
4. Amnesty for Illegals

All of which prove your conclusion wrong where Romney is concerned because these are all hot-button issues for one of the groups represented by the conservative three-legged stool.

Doesn't matter if only Freepers voted in the primaries, Ted Cruz is taking his uncompromising message straight to the Evangelicals, the small "l" libertarians, the strong military/foreign policy types.

He does this much better than all of the rest of the wannabes including Scott Walker. He stands head and shoulders above them all where it concerns fidelity to conservative policy and the ability to communicate those policy positions.

Hands down he is the best!

His message resonates with those groups, as well as, those who have stayed out of the electoral process for years now because the GOP has not represented them.
