Two problems: 1) You are discriminating against victim groups that are exercising their 1st Amendment right. 2) This would pollute the ocean with extra substinence (food) causing CO2 emissions to rise to uncontrollable levels ending in Runaway Man Caused Global Climate Change.
It would be best to make the word powerless.
No need to punish those who use it,
just don’t let it do what they want it to do -
give them special privilege,
silence dissent,
silence criticism.

Agree with point #2. Whereas with point #1, I have yet to see an actual victim of racism. I put them in the same category of yelling “fire” in a crowed theatre when there is no fire.
