If you don’t comply you get fined and driven out of business.
I think they have the gay wedding planner thing cornered and now they want cake business to be a “gay only” business. I think it’s just a ploy to corner the market.
So I say hammer back with high end only homo cakes. When the gay baker gets their business, you sue the gay customer for discriminating against you because your not gay. Make their life hell, first.
A good defense is a good offense.
Sometimes oyu hve to stand on principle, regardless of the price. I would not comply, then I’d re-open and keep the cycle going.
