As the Democrat party is in total alliance with the Communist Party USA, this should be the NKVD.
Really the Democrats are more fascist. They do allow private ownership of property and means of production as long as it is in the service of the state. So the SS and Nazi metaphor works well.
But its splitting hairs anyway, they are both socialist.
