All the importing of labor has depressed wages throughout all industries. Families need at least two incomes now to have the same purchasing power that a one income family had 30 years ago.

When I was growing up a two income family was rare and people who worked in machine shops could buy a home on one income. Now machine shop jobs pay minimal wages and the industry is overloaded with foreign born people who make minimum wage a career.

We need to limit all immigration and significantly reduce the number of people who come here from foreign countries to take jobs from Americans who need the work.

This is one area where Cruz is out of touch with his base. It could cost him the election.

We're going to vote for Americans, or we're going to vote for bringing in replacements from foreign countries.

Who in the world actually thinks that Americans are too stupid to be trained for a job? Many of them already are trained, but are intentionally being overlooked, or worse are being forced to train their less qualified foreign replacements.

Cruz will only hurt himself with pro-America conservatives if he doesn't back off of this. If he slides, then measure from this moment.
