I watched the clip yesterday, and I had mixed feelings, particularly with the owners.
Yes, the business is 35 years old, and they were "serving" the community with quite frankly, extremely overly-valued shoes for an admittedly economically depressed area.
IOW, they knew that they were dancing with the devil in the pale Moon light in migrating their business to the urban youth demo.
I wonder if they stocked any work shoes or boots?
