That 1.8 billion stimulus was distributed about as efficiently as Clinton Foundation grant money. It was dissipated in useful, wasteful, crony-directed ways.
For example, 206 million went to “the environment.” In Baltimore?
Something like 400 or 500 million went to “education,” meaning unionized, administrator-heavy education departments. Doesn’t Baltimore already have one of the highest per pupil expenditures in the country?

And I notices all the emergency vehicles and the other city vehicles were brand new and state of the art. (now trashed)
