lol It’s easy. Take four crazy Italians (or insert your favorite white crazy ethnic group here), add a lazy useless bum or gang member, and add a window. Repeat as necessary an remind said bum/gang member that you’ll be back if necessary.

They make better wages selling drugs.....the market is huge in ghettos’s and the business easy to obtain...and create more addicts to sustain their business. Which is how they see it.
They want what they know they cannot attain without the work to get there. Jobs are not what they want....they want the good life they see others have who do work for it.

In the 80s, I enrolled in Control Data’s school to become a computer tech. The class was about 2/3s Aframs from Cleveland. The whole setup was a scam. All the Afram students took out govt. loans that were guaranteed to be payed off in full by the govt.. I paid by the Quarter, and Control Data didn’t like that! They wanted the guarantee of a full govt. backed payout. Guys would come in in the morning, sign in, and then disappear until time to sign out in the afternoon. But they were always there on Tuesdays, because that’s when the girl came around to give them their checks! That’s right! They were being paid to attend.

my friend worked at check cashing many yeas ago as a teenager. He said the line on welfare check day was infinite. And guys used to say “you don’t know how much I’ve’ been waiting for this check!!”

Welfare pays for everything... have another baby and the money just increases... sling a little crack on the side... they’d be crazy to give up all that for a job.

And before government intervention, it didn’t work for blacks, either. You had to get a job, join the military, or get out. No one could afford a grown man (and his appetite) who didn’t bring in any money.
