This reflects, projects the torqued thinking process of the mind of the Leftist. They think this is perfectly OK.

They should have to register, and stay 1000 ft from any place children congregate, as well as our schools. Just like any other perverts.

Parents job to do it, not the school.

During the past 12 months, did you ever seriously consider halving and quartering your school administrators? A. Yes B. No

Personally, I and my friends would have had a lot of fun with this survey back in my day, were I given this survey in any of those noted grades 7-12.

One of the most educational jobs I have ever had was four years spent at a very old-school market research company who would normally disdain this sort of questionnaire. I asked one of the VP's why.

"They're totally unreliable," she told me. "There's no control, no check on the data. People lie about sex. All of them. Because it's fun."

She told me in some detail about what certain mischievous Samoan girls had done to Margaret Mead, which didn't actually hurt Mead's career any but whatever else it was, it wasn't science.

"We'll do the calling if they have the questionnaire," she said, "but they do the analysis. And my name isn't going on it." I learned a lot on that job.

"I think this might be another reason to homeschool..."

Agreed!

But think of the kids who are being "homo"schooled in the public education system.

THEY need protection from these pervs also.

I have NO PROBLEM with the schools doing this. The people at the schools work for the government and so the government has THE RIGHT dictate what they do. People answer to those who sign their paychecks and those that can provide legitimate threats to them - parents can do neither...so, yes, they’re humored by their wonderful schools when they show up and complain, and they are just loved when they help out in bake sales - but for the REAL EDUCATION DECISIONS, and social decisions, they are and will always be TOTALLY IGNORED.

For example, every parent in a particular school get together and DEMAND that the school stop using calculators in math class. The school will politely listen to their complaint, promise to investigate, but then come back and insist that all of the studies out there show that kids learn math faster (or deeper, or whatever term they use) with a calculator - so “while we appreciate your input, we will continue with calculators”. And once the parents leave, the teachers get together and simply laugh at the STUPIDITY of the parents, both for questioning their capability to teach math, and for thinking that they really were going to effect any changes.

What bothers me are that there are still parents that believe that schools are supposed to answer to PARENTS. Why should they? What leverage do parents have? Sure they can take their kids out, but parents still pay the same in taxes to those schools...so who cares what they think.

Eventually conservatives will figure this out and stop thinking that they can change the behavior of the schools by “complaining” to the schools. There is only ONE WAY to change the behavior of schools and that is to defund them (or at least legitimately threaten to defund), and that has to be done through the political process - and even in Texas we are GETTING NOWHERE on that.

I’ve been waiting 30 years for parents to figure out who the schools answer to and I suspect that I’ll still be waiting another 30 years without any improvement.

They say they are secret, but they are not. Teachers pay attention to the identity of the students as they turn in the surveys.

Pretty sick questions to ask children. If I had been forced to do this as a kid, I would have BS’d my way through the whole thing causing all kinds of alarm.

Public school systems do need to be abolished. It seems they are set up, not to educate children, but to allow those who receive government money for education to dole it out as they see fit so that it strengthens the “destroy American society” crowd. Some believe that most of it is stolen. In Baltimore, we are told the school systems gets $17,000 a year to educate a child and almost half of those kids never show up for school. Where does the money go? This article puts forth what is happening in too many schools who are trying to brainwash kids to be used as pawns by our government. Have the sexual predators gained control in public schools and is that why they want to steer the kids toward sex all the time, traumatizing the youngest kindergartners with sexual information they are not ready to learn? And, why are they interrogating the children about their families during the rebellious teen years? Is it just another part of the plan to destroy the family, and, therefore this country, to be replaced with what? I find the thought truly horrifying because we are headed to mass cleansing if these, I would guess small in number, but powerful, due to government position, people continue to ignore the informed masses out here and continue toward their destructive goals. When are the good, truly hard working, Americans going to hit the streets to get their message out, because the media, who should do that, is even more corrupt than the people running the schools. How many parents are paying attention to what is happening to their kids?

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

Ping to both the lists.....

Public schools should be teaching kids the job application process of anything else. Because a lot of kids don’t seem to be ready for the process of applying, or really messed up, even during and after college.

I actually did back in 1998 when I was going to school in MA, teachers gave me warnings back then, but since I never actually caused any harm to a homosexual student, much less had no idea who if anyone actually was, there wasn’t really anything they could do.

Either tell your kid to refuse to take it or if he/she/it wants to mess with them, circle every single answer.

Did you know that if your kids “identify” with the gender they were born as,

they aren’t “normal”?

No, the freaks had to make up a word so that they wouldn’t be ABnormal.

They call normal people “cisgendered”.

“They say they are secret, but they are not. Teachers pay attention to the identity of the students as they turn in the surveys.”

It’s probably even more technical than teachers “paying attention”. When I was in HR, we had to administer Employee Surveys on alternate years. We had to lie and say that identities would remain anonymous, and some idiots actually believed that because there was no place to write your name. But... all were bar-coded and unique codes were connected with students when surveys were distributed.
