SPDR - I dunno what that is you talkin bout. Assuming you aren't razzing me, SPDRs are a family of ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) that track grouped publicly traded stocks. In this case the name refers to the ETFs offered by the Wall Street firm, State Street Global Advisors.
