Freedom of choice and discrimination are the same thing. The dictionary says that discrimination means, “using good judgment in making a choice.”
We discriminate all the time. Do I want a blue car or a red car? My choice. Do I want to live in the city or in the country? My choice.
No one has the right to tell me how to discriminate.
Discrimination in this instance means just that. It’s used as a negative meaning as: discrimination against blacks is racist or discrimination against anyone because of race, religion or ethnicity.
