Back in the 90’s I used to hear that Christians and conservatives were going to win because our side is having children and the other isn’t. But we turn over our children to be educated: government schools and popular culture. It is an odd war strategy to turn your children over to the enemy for indoctrination.
Exactly.
They ARE having children...They’re having OUR children.
One of the favorite strategies of the early Islamofascists was this:
They’d attack a town. They’d kill and capture as many as they could. They’d kidnap the oldest sons from each family. They’d train them to become hardened Islamofascist warriors. Later, they’d have those first-sons return to attack the same town, killing as many as they could.
They delighted in so brainwashing the young that their captives would return and slaughter what was left of their families.
Make no mistake: evil delights in evil.
Christians (and even secularized society) have a difficult time with this simple truth. We waste a lot of time and energy trying to understand why evil people do evil things, trying to find some underlying JUSTIFICATION for their behavior so that WE can make things right so that we can all live in peace.
They are evil.
They delight in evil.
We need to stop spending so much time trying to understand and fix evil.
We need to crush evil.
