In my experience, female employees don’t want to use a toilet after a sloppy male has used it. They don’t want to walk in urine dribbles near the front of the toilet stool.
I am getting ready to issue specs for a new office. Because of my experience and the recent local non-discrimination ordinance, I am going to put a urinal in one rest room and leave it out of the other. The one with the urinal with only have a sign on the door with the word “Penis”, and the non-urinal one will have the sign “No Penis”. We are all adults. Deal with it.

Why bother with signs at all. Any mention of sex will offend somebody so just have a generic restroom sign and let everybody be equal. Also show equality by eliminating any stalls and of course male urinals are sexist and should be banned. Ditto for locker rooms...just let all sexes, transgendered and miscellaneous share and share alike. If you don’t want your 14 year old daughter sharing a locker room shower with 40 year old males, dyke lesbians and oversexed teenage males you are a bigot and homophobe.
