Abel Reyna Saves Waco from Biker Scum

Abel Reyna (AR) and Sgt. Patrick Swanton must have been sweating cold as they blitzed the media with apocalyptic visions of SAMCRO and the Mayans stabbing, shooting, and raping their way across Central Texas Marketplace during church hour, with the heroic police saving the day. But it was showtime, and the news cameras were already rolling. And thus, the "biker shootout" meme was born.

and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.....

The warrants were all the same. How does that Particularly describe the person to be seized?

You’re telling me that 170 people did the exact same thing so were charged with exactly the same thing? Uh, huh.

Ok then. I’ll bite. If everyone was doing the same thing then why are some bonds being reduced and charges being dropped or reduced? The answer is They Weren’t and Police knew everyone wasn’t involved.

They just figured since “they can” then “they would” Constitution be damned. Oh, and there is always Follow the Money. I wonder how much the County bail bond office made off of all those million dollar bails? And the ankle monitors? I’m also wondering if that Justice of the Peace or any of the Judges involved might have a friend or relative in the bail bond business?

ORIGINAL sources, dear. Just because the Waco Tribune or some "expert" from another state says this was the scuttlebutt among bikers, or reports what the Waco PD claim they heard was brewing between one "gang" and another, doesn't mean they are separate sources, it only means they were reported in different venues. They ALL originate from LEO. INCLUDING information gathered from "police informants" that LEO deigns to share with we mere peasants.

Any Cossacks who claim this is so -- no doubt you have found one or two -- you have ZIP idea whether that Cossack is an under-cover cop, or whether an authentic Cossack was TOLD of the supposed "battle is brewing" by an undercover cop who wants him to believe it. ANY claims from Cossacks OR Bandidos as to the truth of a "fight brewing" or not, denial or admission, are off the table and rejected as a credible, in my book, and I have read where Bandidos outright deny any intent to "rumble" over territory or that there was even dispute in the first place. I'd like to believe them, but what I'd like to believe has zero to do with what is actually believable.

In your book, you believe what you want to believe.

In my book, I believe what I HAVE to believe, even when I hate it.

Just received this PM from a member who I believe is from the area:

You are wasting your tine trying to reason or explain to any member of the Fifth Column here. Their only purpose is to muddy the waters and deflect. The best thing is ,as a number of children and others is to stay the hell far, far away from Waco. You live longer doing that

Now. I replied and told him I stand for the Constitution and I would continue to do so. But then, it got to looking a lot like a threat. Maybe I’m being too paranoid. Maybe not.

What do you think? Either way. Disturbing.

Crime syndicates like the Crips, Bloods, MS13 and Bandidos rely on new members (prospects) who don’t yet have criminal records, to do street level crime, hence many don’t have records.

Crips, Bloods and MS13 rely on juveniles to do street level crimes.

How many juveniles are members of the Bandidos? Cossacks? Let’s don’t guess now. Let’s go with what we know. Those arrested or present at Twin Peaks. I’ll help you out here.....

None. As in Zero. As in the Bandidos don’t recruit members the same way as the Crips, Bloods, MS13 Etc..Etc.

Would you please not try to outsmart yourself. Cause it ain’t working.

Your shovel should be getting pretty hot with the high speed digging in that hole you find yourself in.

I was fairly confident you could read, hard to type by instinct. Its you lack of comprehension of legal concepts that makes anyone reading your posts scratch their heads.

To what prosecutorial purpose in the furtherance of justice for those killed and wounded would be the point in publishing any evidence prior to hearings or trials? None! This isn’t some school yard game you seem to think it is. That isn’t too big a question for ya is it? Am not good at cartoon drawing, but looks like it might be necessary to get at least one logical point across.

I am confident that anyone reading these posts can easily see who knows doodly and they ain’t giggling at me, Mr. I CAN READ.

Until you answer I will continue to ask, what motorcycle ‘club’ ( or gang) are you a member of?

way the you apparently see the Bandidos

Oh does that bring up a very “telling” question. Just how do YOU see the Bandidos? Criminal hoodlums or choirboys?

By your posts it would seem you are very sympathetic toward the likes of Bandidos and Cossacks. That is very disturbing.

Well, Oh Reader of the Constitution, whether we like what the SCOTUS says or not, that is how the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution.

Are you now hating the Constitution too? Or maybe you just like to pick and choose which parts of the Constitution suit your whims today.

bingo.

He wasn't there, and it whatever was said was in context of the little story which came out of Bandidos having allegedly "war" declared on police.

Don't feed the troll. It's a lying sack of it.

“I suggest you and others here do a better job of researching rather than relying on clearly biased sources.”

Right, and the cops and the media are completely reliable sources.

Criminals make up 1% of all motorcycle riders.
It just seems you and others have a problem with anyone in a motorcycle club. Plenty wear colors without being criminals.
There are trouble makers in any group of people.

Also compared to other “gangs” in this country, bikers are a miniscule percentage compared to other more PC groups.

Wonder why cops aren’t running around the clock surveillance on the Bloods, Crips, and MS-13?

Also as a percentage, money spent on investigation, and arrest numbers result in less convictions in “Biker Gang” cases than with any other form of “Organized Crime”.

There are some that deal, there are some that commit other crimes, but if you notice the media report most arrests are for “Weapons Charges”. When they get to court it turns out to be completely legal private sales.

As I told another poster, I grew up behind a guy who would become the East Coast Chapters President of what you would I’m sure consider the worst of the groups, Hell’s Angels. (Although, as far as crime, and being a$$holes they don’t come close to the Outlaws) Not once, never did I or my family ever have a seconds problem form him, or any of his friends. As a matter of fact they kind of pseudo adopted me (I was a fat kid) they toughened me up and taught me how to stand up for myself. Sorry if I don’t paint all club members with the same broad brush.

Out of a million bikers that went to DC you don’t think any club members were there? No one wore colors that day. There were no beefs, or turfs that day. They were there because Veterans founded most of the older clubs.

We aren’t bad for FR. If we are I expect JimRob, or the admins would let us know, and trust me I’ve had arguments with posters on this forum about many issues. Everything from getting jumped on because I celebrate St Patricks Day, to the candidates I support. Since I don’t give up on an argument in which I believe, I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.

You must take everyone at FR to be pure idiots, to make such a obviously false claim that those arrested have been denied council.

I say you lie about having heard from ALL the families. Back it up or shut it up.

Thanks Finny, I also responded to x-spurt’s ridiculous assumptions, and left it at agree to disagree. Hopefully that ends his fear that I am damaging FR with my argument, which I will never capitulate on.

This case stinks from the head.

Wow, show me any where I said I had talked to ALL families.
Can you not read?
What I said is we heard from family after family that they were being denied access to council. They attorneys attempting to help these guys said the same thing. I frankly don’t know how you didn’t read, and hear these same reports.
I had no opinion on this case until I began seeing stuff like this coming out of Waco
I understand that as far as protesting too loudly, seems like your the one so pee’d off at those that disagree with you. I’ve made my argument calmly and with respect not misstating you once. Evidently you are incapable of showing me the same respect.
One more time, I stand by my statements.

The Waco case stinks like Limburger cheese left in the sun.

Ok. One question. Based on this:

Waco police rarely dispatched to Twin Peaks prior to biker shootout, records reveal.
http://news.yahoo.com/waco-police-rarely-dispatched-to-twin-peaks-prior-to-biker-shootout-records-reveal-015135212.html

How was it that a fully armed SWAT/ATF team happened to be there one day, at the time that the Cossacks showed up to a lawful meeting of this groups political arm?

I have undergone NBC training, though not a Veteran.

Police didn’t respond, they were already there.

Maybe the police panicked, and fired first.

They weren’t in a mall. Twin Peaks was a stand alone parcel.

I never asserted anything about the minister, except he was unjustly arrested in violation of Freedom of association.

Yep Crips, Bloods, MS-13 wonder why the cops are never there to stop that violence?

Better question, Shouldn’t the cops have stopped the violence the second they see the Cossacks pull up, or wait until a fight is started so they have a reason to arrest a bunch of “scary looking guys”.

Here’s another one for you. Your at a gathering with friends. a guy comes up and attacks you. You’re sure the guy’s gonna kill you or cause serious bodily harm. You draw your legal weapon, and shoot the guy. Do the cops have the right to shoot you dead on the spot because they suspect you or your friends MAY have committed a crime in the past? Or would that be a violation of your right to Due Process?

Sir I do not make things up. I post what I have seen to be true, and we heard it again and again from the families of these men.

Couple of unique things have happened to me as a result of my participation on the Waco Threads.

1. First time, ever, in all my years posting here, I have been accused of "making things up".

2. I was chastised by a mod on a thread for reporting personal and slanderous attacks. Now, that Mod comment was quickly deleted, but it told me that they are willing to let the threads take whatever course they do. It's up to each of us to react with the trolls as we think best.
