I think I will stick with listening to Ted Cruz on matters of the law and the Constitution. Your argument is pretty good as rhetoric, but would be laughed out of every court in America, no matter the judge, as law.

Cruz thinks states can have “gay marriage” if they want to. That’s a violation of God’s law and the natural law.

Laugh all you want. You’re laughing at Cicero, and Aquinas, and Blackstone, and Locke, and Hamilton. And eventually you’ll get to explain it go God, and you won’t be laughing then.
