While I am sure Obama is an Islamophile and don't dismiss the possibility of him considering himself a secret Muslim, believing that pointing his index finger up is proof of him being a Muslim is foolish.

OK, you’ve got me. Holding a finger up alone is not proof that a person is making a secret hand sign, but looking at this in context, I don’t think Obama was signalling the Muslim world leaders around him the picture that his soccer team is number one.
