I could never figure out how a dirt-poor fatherless guy who never had a job in his life was able to put himself through Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School. Even if he was on full-scholarship, a person has to eat. Maybe Obama was dealing his way through college.

Maybe he was. But we also know that he went to a high-priced preppy school in Hawaii and was raised by rich grandparents.

The bigger question than the money is how he managed to get into Ivy League colleges with what couldn't have been any better than mediocre grades given his admitted high school hobbies.

Affluence doesn’t preclude drug dealing. Where I went to school, in the early 70s, it was a prerequisite.

I still wonder how his furniture salesman grandfather got rich enough to send him to an elite private school.
