She refuses to go to anything because she doesn’t feel she has a problem. She insists that I am the one with problems.

Maybe I'd consider going with that for a while. See if you can get her to buy off on you seeing somebody about YOUR problems. Maybe after a while, you can get her to go in and explain just how troubled you are...on a regular basis.

Just a thought. This IS advice from a stranger, so do with it what you will.

I actually did that before. She went with me to the appointment and I told her she didn’t have to participate at all. Of course I knew she wouldn’t be able to sit quietly. It worked for a while. Then she got better and the cycle started over again.
