First, women do not understand thermostats.

Second, you’ll never get two women to agree on the temp. If one is young and thin and the other has a couple of extra pounds and is going through menopause, that’s a 25 degree swing in preference.

Third, this problem exists because there are women in the workplace.

Flame away. There are 8 fantastic women in my house, so I can take it.

Sounded like you are describing your household, not in an office. But you weren’t being called ‘sexist’.

[However, the same arguments are also true for work environment, too.]

In all fairness, I think most people do not understand thermostats, i.e. different expansion and contraction of different laminated metals, so your statement is correct.

LOL!

At my office the various women fought over the temperature so much management had to put little locked plastic boxes over the thermostats so they wouldn't monkey with them. Now, even in the summer, the "cold" women run space heaters at their desks (yes, while the A/C is on).
