Mexico is giving Ford the keys to Mexican cheap labor. No taxes and priority at ports.
Mexico wants to rub American’s noses in the dust. They want the manufacturing and technology for themselves.
If the US were to abolish its corporate income tax and compulsory union laws, Ford (and most other manufacturers) would not need to go to Mexico or anywhere else for that matter. The auto industry is also extremely over regulated as well. Relief in that department would also go a long way as well.
