She was not storing them for safe keeping or later perusal, she received them and sent them along to someone else who should not have them.
She then tried to delete them but could not. That is why she was looking for a book on how to permanently delete emails.
When she wiped her server, she probably simply reformatted it. My bet is all her email is still there.
I think she’s been reassured her emails are GONE forever, otherwise she NEVER would’ve turned her server over to the FBI, unless of course it’s all hands on deck to COVER-UP FOR HILLARY.
