From what I can tell, Bill doesn’t need the help. Part of joining a “swingers” or “cheaters” site is that you probably can’t make quality hook-ups on your own (too ugly, too creepy, etc.). People like Bill Clinton have no such problem attracting women.
I’ve read the SecServ much prefers his girlfriends to Hillary because they are far more civil to the hired help.
