Let me tell you what happened to me during my last eye surgery. I was awake during it and part was very painful. I just said, “okay, God, You are going to have to help me through this.” He did and I started singing “Amazing Grace” to myself and parts of 2 other songs. He is all He said He was. We do not need a pope or anyone else.

Was raised RCC, fell away in my teens. After my divorce, I thought that I should be doing something for my daughters on weekends,, so I began attending an Episcopal Church. Was active in that church until they started getting flaky in the early nineties. Drifted a bit and came to my current church home which is Assemblies of God. I’ve been with this church for about seventeen years and am content with it. Jesus is my personal Lord and Savior and has guided me through quite a bit of thick and thin.
